Hello!

My name is Kendra, I'm from Calgary, Alberta (in Canada!)

I decided to FINALLY do my bio, as I have procrastinated long enough. 

I feel very privileged to be going on this trip with all of you.  I was reading through your bios and you sound like awesome people!

A little bit about me - I grew up in a Christian home, I have 3 lovely sisters, one of whom I will be going on this trip with, which I am very excited about!!  I have finished post-secondary (I took a 2 year program) and am now working as a legal assistant at a law firm.  I love doing yoga, running, snowboarding, sewing and reading.  I have a wonderful boyfriend who I have been dating for over 5 years!  I really love dogs, pigs and my little nephew who is in the picture with me. 

I have wanted to go to Africa for a very long time and I felt God was telling me that this was the right time and perfect trip to go on.  I am excited to see what God will do in all of our own lives and the lives of others over the next 4 months.

I can’t wait to meet all of you in just a few short weeks!
