We arrived in entebbe, Uganda late one Wednesday, January 18th/ WE piled 33 people onto two 12 seater matatus.. and then added our luggage. We set up camp for the night at a hostel and woke up the next morning to monkeys and roostyers. We spent all of thursday rafting the Nile River... incredible doesn't even begin to describe it. On Friday we packed up and headed to our ministry site. My team ahs been in the bush of Torroro, Uganda for the last week and will be here until February 1st when we will move to a different part of Uganda. It's absolutely beautiful here/ As soon as we pulled in children began chasing our van yelling "muzungus, muzungus!" It had a kind of children of the corn effect to it, but was none the less very welcoming. the house we are staying in is constantly surrounded by children eager for love. I've fallen in love with these people. They have more joy than I have ever seen. It's such simple living...no running water, electricity, or modern appliances. We have been doing hut to hut evangelism. I have more stories than I ever dreamed I would this soon. I have met witch doctors, nuns, and people who are so thristy for the love of God. The Spirit is moving here in a fierce way. We've had many people come to love Jesus and even more seeds planted. Praise god! My team and I are expectant for the rest of the trip and what Papa is going to do. Praise God for what he has done, is doing, and will do! Thank you Jesus for your love, grace ,and provision.

Continue to pray for our team as Africa can bring about homesickness, physical sickness, and distractions. We serve a God who is bigger than all of this!
